Hi I’m Bill O’Brien, and I’ve traveled the globe to bring you the thrill of hearing a wide variety of classic hits, without the agony of having to listen to the same songs over and over again. OK, truth be told, I haven’t traveled the globe, but I’ve been in nearly every one of the contiguous United States, as well as Canada and Mexico. I love the outdoors, and the beauty of the region where we live is incredible. I mean, where else could you live (and afford it) where you have the mountains, the ocean, large rivers and pristine lakes, all within a comfortable drive from where you live? Did I mention I love the outdoors? If I was independently wealthy, I’d own an RV with a platform on the back to bring the Harley along, and I’d spend my time visiting every national and state park that exists. The bad news is that I’m not independently wealthy. The good news is that means I have to have a job, and my dream job just happens to be here at 98.5 The Peak, spending time on the radio playing great songs!

When you are out and about, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to spend time with me at our many 98.5 The Peak station events that I really enjoy being a part of. You might also bump into me at one of the many great restaurants throughout our listening area, as I’m a big fan of delicious food. I love live music too, so our paths could cross one night at one of the many cool places to go check out one of the many awesome bands that play in our area! I also spend plenty of time riding my Harley, so it’s possible you could catch up with me at one of the many bike events happening throughout the year.
